The race.
The Athens Fair 5K Run/Walk takes place on August 22, 2026, in Athens, Wisconsin as part of the Annual Athens Fair. The 5K course begins at Memorial Park and follows trails through Erbach Park before finishing on Kreutzer Street in downtown Athens. Participants receive T-shirts, and finish line snacks and beverages are provided. Water stops are located along the course, and awards are given to finishers. Registration proceeds benefit the Athens Fair, and the race is managed by the Athens Area Trail Association.
