The race.

Baby Steps 5K 2026 takes place October 4 in Auburn, WA at Roegner Park, supporting families affected by pregnancy and infant loss. The fully paved course begins at 10:00 AM with registration and shirt pickup starting at 9:00 AM. Participants can register for a virtual 5K or in-person 5K, with ticket options for adults and children ages 5 and under through 15. Registration purchased by September 20 includes a t-shirt; later registrations are $25 without a shirt, with extras available for purchase after the race. Proceeds benefit Baby Steps Foundation's programs including cremation assistance at local hospitals, headstone funding, and support boxes for grieving families. Parking is available at Auburn Riverside High School.
