The race.
The Back To School 5K / 10K takes place on August 22, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, featuring an out-and-back course along A1A. Participants may register for either the 5K or 10K distance. This is a non-scored event with a finish line clock. All finishers receive a club t-shirt, medal, and signature bib. Packet pickup and registration are available at Runners Depot locations in Davie and Fort Lauderdale from August 15–21, with Friday hours ending at noon. On race day, packet pickup and registration open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 a.m.
