Back to The 80s 5K & 10K 2026

The race.

The Back to the 80s 5K & 10K takes place September 12, 2026, in Irving, TX at 5950 Riverside Drive. Participants can choose from a 5K (3.1 miles), 10K (6.1 miles), half marathon (13.1 miles), or virtual option. Race start times are 7:45 a.m. for the 15K and 8 a.m. for the 5K and 10K, with packet pickup from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. on race day. The out-and-back course includes aid stations and restrooms. Awards are given to overall male and female winners and to first, second, and third place finishers in age divisions spanning 10-19 through 80+. Participants receive a t-shirt if registered by August 29, 2026. The event offers free parking and a post-race experience with a live DJ and community celebration.
