Backyard Ultra in New Town (Oct 10 8:00AM) 2026

The Second Annual Backyard Ultra marathon takes place October 10, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM at the amphitheater in New Town, Saint Charles, Missouri. Runners compete on a 4.17-mile loop format, returning by the start of each subsequent hour to continue; a separate 2.6-mile weighted rucking division also runs concurrently under the same rules. Registration opens at 7:00 AM for $25, with a $1 per-lap buy-in; the last person standing wins half the collected jar funds, while the other half benefits MSMDS charity. Finishers receive custom DNF tokens, and first-place winners in men's and women's divisions earn race-specific prizes.
