The race.

Bauman's Charity Race takes place Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan, with the 5K run and walk beginning at 6:00 PM. The paved course runs through the Mott Park residential area and portions of established running routes. Participants receive a technical shirt with registration; overall and masters winners in each gender earn $50 gift certificates, and first-place finishers in age groups receive $25 certificates. Multiple age categories for runners and walkers compete for awards, and refreshments including vegetables and fruit are available at the finish. Partial proceeds benefit the Vocational Independence Program. Early registration postmarked by July 22 costs $30 for adults and $15 for high school students and younger.
