The course winds through a diverse mix of flowing singletrack, rolling ridgelines, and demanding climbs as participants tackle sections of Cherry Knobs, Cross Ridges, Back Hollow, Chinquapin, and Lake Road. Along the way, runners will experience the beauty of dense hardwood forests, rocky terrain, and breathtaking views that make Bays Mountain one of East Tennessee's premier trail-running destinations.
