The race.
The Belmar Five Mile Run takes place September 5, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM in Belmar, NJ, along the oceanfront and local streets. The 5-mile road race benefits the Goodwill Hose Co., a volunteer fire and rescue organization serving the borough. A virtual 5-mile run/walk option is also available. Finishers receive a t-shirt. A 90-minute time limit (18-minute-per-mile pace maximum) applies. Kid's races are held separately on September 4 at 6:00 PM at Silver Lake Park, with registration including a finisher medal, t-shirt, and activities.
