Big Miles for Little Smiles takes place on October 18, 2026, at Ella Sharp Park in Jackson, Michigan, supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Jackson County. The event features a 3.1-mile run/walk beginning at 9:30 a.m. and a 1-mile kids fun run starting at 9:00 a.m. Registration costs range from $25 (through August 31) to $40 race day, with guaranteed race shirts for registrations completed by October 4. The kids fun run costs $10 and includes guaranteed shirts through October 4. Early packet pickup occurs Friday, October 16, from 5–6:30 p.m. at the YMCA; race-day pickup begins at 8:00 a.m. Team awards are given for largest team, most spirited team, and largest fundraising team. The race is chip-timed by the Michigan Running Foundation with results posted during and after the event.
