The race.
The Blood Sugar Rumbler is a cycling event held in Helena, Montana on September 12, 2026, organized by Helena United Cycling. Participants can choose between two courses: a 55-mile route with over 5,000 feet of climbing on forest service roads, or a 26-mile out-and-back dirt road route along Prickly Pear Creek. Both courses feature aid stations offering water, Hammer Nutrition products, and food. Proceeds benefit the Montana Youth Diabetes Alliance's summer camp scholarship fund for children with diabetes.
