About the race
The race.
The Bonner Springs YMCA holds an indoor triathlon on December 6, 2026, beginning at 8:00 AM at the Bonner Springs Family YMCA. Participants swim, bike on stationary equipment, and run on treadmills during designated time periods. Adults 15 and older complete 15 minutes each of swimming, biking, and running, while youth ages 7–14 complete 5 minutes of swimming, 10 minutes of biking, and 5 minutes of running. Youth participants must pass a swim test before the event and have their height checked on the spin bike. All finishers receive a medal.
