Boooo-mfield 5K – Where Block Party Meets Halloween

The Boooo-mfield 5K is more than just a run — it’s a Halloween-flavored block party right in the heart of the Watsessing community, starting and finishing outside Skiddoo and Narda’s Café. Whether you're racing in costume, walking with friends, or pushing a stroller to the finish, this is a fall morning you won’t want to miss.

All proceeds from the event support local community efforts — including the incredible work of the Friends of Watsessing Park Conservancy , a volunteer-driven group dedicated to preserving and enhancing one of Bloomfield’s most beloved parks, and the Bloomfield High School Cross Country and Track & Field teams , helping fund gear, travel, and meet expenses for student-athletes.

Come for the run, stay for the music, costumes, food, giveaways, and spooky-fun vibes!

What to Expect:

Costumed cheer squads and friendly faces all along the course

A festive Kids Dash, plus face painting, snacks, and giveaways

Local vendors, food trucks, Narda's punches, and fresh coffee from Skiddoo

Walkers are absolutely welcome—and costumes are encouraged! Every registration helps support Bloomfield’s Track/XC teams and brings new trees to Watsessing Park. Come for the run, stay for the fun!
