About the race
The race.
The 17th annual Brooklyn PTA Fun Run for Schools takes place on October 24, 2026, at 10 AM in Prospect Park. Participants run, walk, or use strollers, scooters, tricycles, or wheelchairs on a 3.3-mile loop that starts and finishes on the main park drive outside the LeFrak Center. Bib pickup and pre-race activities begin at 9 AM inside the LeFrak Center. Net proceeds from registration fees support PTAs at high-need schools in Brooklyn's public school system.
