The race.
On September 25, 2026, the Buckeye Trail Association hosts running and hiking events in Shawnee, OH on the Buckeye Trail within Wayne National Forest. Participants can choose from a half marathon, 10K, or 5K run, with the half marathon and 10K starting at 9:00am and the 5K at 9:15am. A 10-mile hike also takes place, beginning at 8:00am.
