CadeSTRONG 5K Run-and-Roll 2026

The race.

The CadeSTRONG 5K Run-and-Roll takes place September 12, 2026, in Rockmart, Georgia, starting and finishing at Nathan Dean Park. The 5K begins at 6:30 p.m. on an out-and-back course using the Silver Comet Trail with slight river-side inclines. Pre-registration is $30 ($40 day-of); shirts are guaranteed for pre-registrants through September 1st. Awards include top three overall and master categories plus top three in twelve age divisions. The event benefits Spinal Cord Injury Survivors, with race-day amenities including food trucks, inflatables, games, and music. A 1-mile fun run and 50-yard tot trot for children 6 and under are also offered at the same location.
