The race.

The Candy Cane Course takes place December 12, 2026, in Hamilton, Ohio, offering distances of 50 meters, 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, 7.4 miles, and 9.3 miles, plus a virtual race option. All in-person registrations include a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal, with youth pricing of $22 for runners 12 and under in the 3.1- and 6.2-mile events. The 50-meter kids dash for ages 10 and under is untimed and includes a youth-sized shirt and medal; free participation without merchandise is also available for children. Finishers receive complimentary photos and refreshments at the finish line. Register by midnight on the Thursday that is two weeks before race day to guarantee your shirt size.
