Candy Cane Course- Rochester 2026

The race.

The Candy Cane Course takes place in Rochester, Minnesota on December 6, 2026, offering five distance options: a 50-meter dash, 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, and 15 kilometers. All participants receive custom bibs and finisher medals; the 50-meter dash, 1-mile, and longer distances include designer shirts. The 1-mile and 15-kilometer events feature chip timing with live results. Finishers enjoy treats at the finish line and complimentary photos. Youth aged 12 and under competing in the 3.1-mile or 6.2-mile distances receive discounted entry at $22. Register by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before race day to guarantee your shirt size. The event also offers a virtual option allowing participants to complete their distance anywhere at any time while receiving event swag. A $10 parking fee applies unless you hold an RSU Annual Pass.
