Candy Cane Course- Springfield 2026

The race.

The Candy Cane Course takes place December 12, 2026, in Springfield, Missouri, offering distances of 50 meters, 1 mile, 3.1 miles, 6.2 miles, 7.4 miles, and 15 kilometers, plus a virtual race option. All in-person distances include chip timing, custom bibs, designer shirts, and custom finisher medals, with the 50-meter kids' dash available untimed for ages 10 and under. Finishers receive complimentary photos and refreshments at the finish line. Youth pricing applies to the 3.1-mile and 6.2-mile distances for ages 12 and under. Register by midnight on the Thursday two weeks before the race to guarantee your shirt size.
