About the race
The race.
The Candy Cane Course takes place on December 27, 2026, in Tampa, Florida. Participants can choose from a 50-meter kids dash, 1-mile, 3.1-mile, 6.2-mile, or 9.3-mile distance, with a virtual race option also available. All registered distances receive a custom bib, designer shirt, and finisher medal. The event includes chip timing with live results, awards, complimentary photos, and refreshments at the finish line. Youth pricing of $22 applies to participants ages 12 and under for the 3.1-mile and 6.2-mile distances. Registration must be completed by midnight on Thursday, two weeks before race day, to guarantee a shirt in the correct size.
