Canya Cañon Trail Race & Hike takes place Sunday, November 8th, 2026, at Starsmore Visitor & Nature Center in Colorado Springs, offering four distance options: 4 miles (chip-timed, shuttle return from Powell parking lot), 2.5 miles (out-and-back, not chip-timed), 5K, and 5 miles. Race day registration opens at 10:15am with bib pickup; competition begins at 11:00am. All proceeds benefit Friends of Cheyenne Cañon for park preservation and community programs. Finishers receive a beer coupon from Bristol Brewing Company and a 2x4 painting; awards go to top overall and age-group finishers. The first 100 registrants receive sun hoodies.
