The race.
The Cape Fear Haunted Wine Run 5K takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Elizabethtown, NC at Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery. Participants may choose a 9:00am or 10:30am start time during registration. The 5K run/walk is chip-timed, with results posted at www.J3Timing.com. Registration includes a super soft cotton t-shirt (hoodie upgrade available for $10), plastic wine glass, finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, race bib, and a pour of wine. The Halloween-themed event welcomes runners and walkers of all levels.
