The Cape Fear River Run takes place November 8, 2026, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, offering three distances: 10K, half marathon (13.1 miles), and 19.3 miles. All routes follow the paved Cape Fear River Trail, with start and finish at Cape Fear Botanical Garden. On-course support stations are provided.
