The race.
CASA Superhero 5K and Kids 1 Mile takes place November 7, 2026, in Lynchburg, VA, benefiting CASA volunteer advocates for children in foster care. The event includes a 5K run/walk starting at 10:00 AM and a Kids 1 Mile Fun Run (ages 12 and under) starting at 11:45 AM, with a non-timed Couch Crusader option for remote participants.
