CassadagaMan 2026

The race.

CassadagaMan takes place September 5, 2026, in Cassadaga, NY, one hour south of Buffalo and one hour north of Erie, PA. The event offers multiple distance options: a long-distance race covering 70.3 miles total (1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, 13.1-mile run) and an intermediate distance of 57 miles (1.2-mile swim, 28-mile bike, 6-mile run). Additional race formats include AquaBike options and relay teams of two or three participants. The courses feature rolling terrain with aid stations throughout the bike and run segments. Post-race amenities include food, a beer garden, music, and finisher swag. The event welcomes individual competitors and paratriathletes, with no cut-off times.
