CEROX + IRON is a functional fitness challenge taking place July 25, 2026, in Frederick, CO. Participants choose between two formats: Cerox, which includes eight fitness zones plus 400-meter running segments between zones, or Cerox Iron, which features the same eight zones without running. The eight zones include rowing, deadlifts, ski ergometer work, sandbag exercises, walking lunges, farmers carries, echo bike, and burpees. Athletes may compete individually or as two-person teams, with teams able to divide the work as they choose.
