Chargers 5K 2026

The race.

The Chargers 5K takes place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in Franklin, Tennessee, on the Columbia State Williamson Campus. The event includes a 5K race starting at 8 a.m., a 1-mile walk beginning at 8:05 a.m., and a children's event (Chargers Trot) for ages up to 10 at 9 a.m. Registration opens at 7 a.m. race day. Early registration ($30, through February 23) and regular registration ($35, through March 20) include event T-shirts; day-of registration costs $40. All 5K finishers receive medals, with awards for first through third place. The 1-mile walk costs $20 and includes a T-shirt if registered by February 23; participants receive ribbons. The children's event is free with optional donations. Packet pickup is available Thursday, March 19, from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Arts and Technology Building. Proceeds benefit Columbia State students at the Williamson Campus.
