The Children's Miracle Network Dash and Bash 5K benefits pediatric trauma services at UF Health Shands Children's Hospital. The 5K race starts at 8:00 a.m. on November 14, 2026, at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium Stadium North Lawn in Gainesville, Florida, and includes cheer zones along the route. Finishers who register by November 1 receive a medal and t-shirt. The event features an awards ceremony at 9:00 a.m. with categories for top finishers across nine age groups (10 and under through 66+), followed by a post-race bash with entertainment, activities, and community safety partners. Packet pickup is available in advance at UF Health Professional Park or on race day starting at 7:00 a.m. at the stadium. The race uses electronic chip timing with results posted live on the race website.
