Get ready to cool off and kick off the school season with one of Cape Coral’s most unique fitness events! The CHILL Plunge Back to School 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run brings together fitness, recovery, community, and fun for an unforgettable morning at Rotary Park.
Hosted in collaboration with CHILL , Cape Coral’s only Cold Plunge Studio, and the Cape Coral Police Athletic League, this event is designed for serious runners, casual walkers, families, and anyone looking to have a great time while supporting a great cause.
Participants will enjoy an exciting race atmosphere followed by FREE cold plunges after the event provided by CHILL . Whether you’re chasing a personal record or simply enjoying the experience with friends and family, this event is all about healthy lifestyles, positive energy, and community connection.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Cape Coral Police Athletic League youth programs, helping build positive relationships between law enforcement and the youth of Cape Coral.
