Church of the Blessed Sacrament's Oktoberfest Run for the Poor 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run 2026

The race.

Church of the Blessed Sacrament hosts a 5K and 1-mile fun run on September 26, 2026, in Wichita, Kansas. The 5K begins at 9:30 AM and the 1-mile run starts at 10:30 AM, with awards presented at 11 AM. Packet pickup is available Friday, October 4th from noon to 6 PM at Blessed Sacrament School commons, or race morning starting at 8 AM. All runners receive a tech shirt and choice of brat or hot dog; beer is available for participants 21 and older. Division winners receive awards, and the race is chip-timed. Early registration costs $35–$45 for the 5K and $25–$35 for the 1-mile run, with race-day registration limited to 8–9 AM on race day.
