The race.
Cirque Series hosts a 7.1-mile trail race at Grand Targhee on August 29, 2026, with 2,212 feet of elevation gain. Competitors race in Sport, Expert, or Pro categories, with cash prizes awarded to Pro finishers and gear prizes for Expert and Sport placings at each race. The event caps registration at 500 runners and features aid stations with hydration at multiple points and the finish line. Special recognition awards include Grom (youngest), OG (oldest), Lexie (unofficial MVP), and Middle of the Pack categories. Racers can earn points toward overall 2026 season standings, with top finishers receiving PEAK FREAK belt buckles; those completing all six series races also receive a buckle.
