Come Out & Run 5k 2026

The race.

The Come Out & Run 5K takes place September 20, 2026, in Wilton, CT, and welcomes runners, walkers, kids, strollers, and leashed dogs. Children under 10 participate free with registration. Packet pickup occurs Friday, September 18 from 3–5 PM and Saturday, September 19 from 10 AM–noon at Wilton Library, with day-of pickup from 7:45–8:45 AM at Wilton Green. The 5K starts at 9:00 AM; a warm-up led by Burn Boot Camp begins at 8:45 AM. Top three finishers in each gender category and kids' age groups receive gift cards and sponsor baskets. Best Dressed contest categories award additional gift cards. All 5K participants receive a giveaway and digital race photos. Post-race refreshments and sponsor exhibits continue until 10:30 AM.
