About the race
The race.
The Copper Wire Run 5K takes place Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Camden, NY, with a 9:30 am start. The 5K entry fee is $30 until October 3, then increases to $40. Registration is online only. Packet pickup occurs Friday, October 9, from 5–7 pm or race morning from 7–9 am at the Village Park tent. All 5K finishers receive a race shirt, commemorative pint glass, and snacks. Awards are given to top male and female finishers overall, top finishers in each age group, and the top team. RFID chip timing is provided by Auyer Race Timing & Event Management.
