The Corewell Health Flat River Belding Labor Day 5K & 1 Mile Fitness Walk takes place on September 5, 2026, in Belding, Michigan. Participants can choose between a 3.1-mile run/walk or a 1-mile walk/run, both starting at Belding High School, 850 Hall Street. Packet pickup occurs race morning from 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. Pre-registration for the 5K costs $30 through August 23, then $35 through September 4, with race day registration at $40; the 1-mile event is $15. T-shirts are included with 5K pre-registration. Medal awards go to 5K overall and masters winners, plus three-deep age group medals across categories from 14 and under through 75 and older. Professional timing is provided by the Michigan Running Foundation, with live results available during the race.
