Countdown to One! Last Man Standing takes place September 20, 2026, in Webster, NY. Participants run consecutive single-mile loops on a 1-mile course, with decreasing time limits for each mile. The Bronze category requires completing four miles within time cutoffs of 15, 13, 11, and 10 minutes; Silver adds four more miles at 9.5, 9, 8.5, and 8 minutes; Gold adds four more at 7.5, 7, 6.5, and 6 minutes. If competitors remain, times continue dropping by 30 seconds per mile. Failing to finish any mile within its time limit eliminates the participant. All finishers receive a medal; pins corresponding to Bronze, Silver, or Gold completion attach to the medal. Top male and female finishers each earn $125.
