The race.
The 12th Annual Courage Triathlon takes place August 15, 2026, at Lake Almanor Country Club in California. The 12.3-mile event consists of a 2.8-mile run, 6.4-mile bike, and 3.1-mile row (kayak or paddleboard). Participants can compete solo, as a team relay, or virtually, with proceeds benefiting Courage Worldwide.
