The race.
The Dashing through the Glow 5K takes place on November 8, 2026, at Lanier Islands in Buford, Georgia. Participants can choose between a 6:15 AM morning start or a 5:45 PM evening start, with registration capped at 1,500 runners per time slot. The course runs through the resort's Magical Nights of Lights display. All finishers receive a custom medal, and each participant gets either a crewneck sweatshirt or can upgrade to a hoodie. Age-group and overall winners receive awards. Optional keepsake ornaments are available for purchase during registration.
