DeGray Lake Triathlon 2026

The race.

The DeGray Lake Triathlon takes place September 13, 2026, at DeGray Lake near Caddo Valley, Arkansas. The event offers Olympic and Sprint triathlon distances for individuals, plus Olympic triathlon team entry. Additional options include Sprint Duathlon, Olympic Aquabike, and a 1,500-meter open water swim. The Olympic triathlon comprises a 1,500-meter swim, 40-kilometer bike, and 10-kilometer run. The Sprint triathlon features a 500-yard swim, 13.5-mile bike, and 5-kilometer run. The Sprint Duathlon includes a 2-mile run, 13.5-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run. The race starts at the Spillway Trail Head area of DeGray Lake, located approximately 2.5 miles north of Interstate 30 exit 78 on Highway 7.
