DFW Burning Soles Trail Series Race 5 2026

The race.

Race 5 of the DFW Burning Soles Trail Series takes place July 22, 2026, at Northshore Trail MADD Shelter in Flower Mound, TX. Participants choose between a 5K or 10K trail distance, both chip-timed. The 10K begins at 6:30 p.m. and the 5K at 7:15 p.m. Top three finishers in each gender compete separately at both distances, plus age group recognition for juniors 13 and under, men and women under 40, and men and women 41 and older. Registration fees vary by age and timing: juniors 13 and under range from $16 to $30; ages 14 and up from $24 to $40. The course follows Loop 5 with a portion of Loop 6 to a natural turnaround featuring a water cache.
