DFW Burning Soles Trail Series Race 8 2026

The race.

Race 8 of the DFW Burning Soles Trail Series takes place August 12, 2026, at Northshore Trail MADD Shelter in Flower Mound, Texas. Runners choose between a 5K or 10K trail distance, with the 10K starting at 6:30 p.m. and the 5K at 7:15 p.m. The course follows loops on the Northshore Trail with a water cache at the turnaround. All participants receive chip timing and a bib for the series. Podium awards go to the top three male and female finishers per distance, plus age group recognition for juniors 13 and under, under-40 men and women, and 41-plus men and women. Registration rates are $20–$40 for adults and $16–$30 for juniors depending on registration timing.
