Down Syndrome Awareness Walk 2026

• Date : Sunday, October 11, 2026

• Time : Registration starts at 10:00 AM Walk kicks off at 11:00 AM (festival fun to follow!)

• Location : Belmont Park, 54 1st Ave, Warwick, RI 02888

Each participant that registers before Sept 20th gets a FREE event t-shirt ! Your registration includes both the walk and access to all the activities at the Family Fun Festival - no extra cost! (Please note: registration is required for entry to both the walk and festival.)

Every step we take helps raise awareness and funds to support the mission of the Down Syndrome Society of Rhode Island (DSSRI) : to empower individuals with Down syndrome and their families through advocacy, education, and community.

After the walk, enjoy the FREE Family Fun Festival - open to everyone! Enjoy music, entertainment, activities, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate together in a joyful atmosphere for all ages.
