DQ's 15th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, and Aquabike takes place Sunday, August 23rd, 2026, starting at 7:30 a.m. at 90 Tabernacle Road, Medford Lakes, NJ. The triathlon features a 1/4-mile swim in the lake, 17.2-mile bike (2 loops), and 5K run (out and back); the duathlon includes a 2-mile run, 17.2-mile bike, and 5K run; the aquabike comprises a 1/4-mile swim and 17.2-mile bike. Online registration is required and closes at race start. Packet pickup occurs Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Medford Running Co., or Sunday from 6 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. Awards are presented for overall and age group winners (divisions vary by event) plus clydesdale, athena, adaptive, non-binary, and relay categories. Finishers receive a T-shirt and medal, with refreshments provided after the race.
