The race.
The Eastern States 100 takes place August 8, 2026, in Waterville, PA, and offers two distance options: 100 miles and 102.9 miles. The course loops around Pine Creek through multiple named trails including the Mid State Trail, Black Forest Trail, and West Rim Trail, featuring substantial elevation gain and rocky terrain.
