EDRRC - Beer Mile 2026

The race.

The Eastern Dutchess Road Runners Club hosts a Beer Mile on November 22, 2026, in Pawling, NY. Participants complete one mile by alternating between drinking beer and running 400 meters four times. Registration is free and closes November 21; packet pickup begins at noon on race day at 2 Lakeside Drive. Competitors must bring their own beer (minimum 12 oz, 5% ABV or higher), and designated drivers are required for all participants consuming alcohol. Multiple race categories are offered, including traditional beer, light beer, cider, non-alcoholic beer, and soda miles. The race starts at 1 PM sharp.
