The race.
The ERC Stride 5K for Mental Health takes place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Shirley C. Franklin/Westside Park in Atlanta. Participants run 3.1 miles on a course within the park. Race day registration is available via QR code for $50 (credit or debit card only; cash and checks are not accepted). Finishers receive official medals and 2026 event merchandise. The event includes EMPOWERFEST, a community celebration featuring music, vendors, and wellness resources. All proceeds benefit therapeutic sessions for low-income individuals through the Empowerment Resource Center.
