The race.
The Erie Duathlon benefits the Erie Cancer Wellness Center and takes place September 20, 2026, in Girard, PA. The event comprises a 5K run, 20K bike, and 5K run, covering 18.6 miles total. The race starts and finishes at Pleasant Ridge Park in Fairview, with the course running through county roads in Fairview and Girard. Participants may compete individually or as two-person relay teams. Registration is capped at 170 entries. Fundraisers who reach $200 in pledges receive a long-sleeve event shirt; those reaching $400 by August 1st receive the shirt and a custom cycling jersey.
