The race.
The Fall Freedom 5K Run/Walk takes place on October 11, 2026, in Hillsdale, Michigan, starting at Sandy Beach (300 Waterworks Drive). The chip-timed course follows a paved path around Baw Beese Lake. Age group awards include trophies and medals for top finishers in 18 categories ranging from ages 0–11 through 85 and up. Proceeds benefit Wreaths Across America, which places wreaths at veterans' graves during the holiday season. This event serves as the final race in the 2024 Tri-County Race series.
