Fall Frolic 2026

Club Oly Road Runners hosts the Fall Frolic on October 4, 2026, in Olympia, WA, with races starting and finishing at Heritage Park. Participants can choose from a 5K, 5-mile, 1-mile, or 1K kids run (ages 12 and under). The course features flat terrain on an out-and-back route around the lake. The 5K begins at 9:05 a.m. and the 5-mile at 9:00 a.m., with the kids 1K at 8:45 a.m. Packet pickup occurs Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at Fleet Feet or Sunday from 7:20 to 8:20 a.m. at Heritage Park. Awards go to the top 3 overall finishers by gender and top 3 in each age group (0–9, 10–14, 15–19, and 10-year increments thereafter).
