About the race
The race.
The Farm-Fit Challenge takes place October 3, 2026, at Heim's Hillcrest Dairy in Algoma, Wisconsin. Participants choose between a 1.5-mile or 2-mile course featuring farm-themed obstacles including calf feeding, tire flips, hose movement, gate carrying, and hay bale climbing. All fitness levels are welcome. Finishers receive a T-shirt (when registered by September 15) and access to a yogurt bar and optional farm tour. Door prizes are awarded at the event. Early bird registration costs $20 through September 1; standard registration is $25.
