Fido Fest 5K and Fun Run 2026

The race.

Fido Fest 5K and Fun Run takes place September 26, 2026, at Ashley Park in Newnan, Georgia. The 1-mile Fun Run starts at 8:00 a.m. and is untimed; the 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. with chip timing and qualifies for the Peachtree Road Race. All proceeds benefit Hearts 'n Homes Rescue, a nonprofit organization serving dogs and puppies in Coweta County. Race-day registration via QR code is available; early registration is recommended to guarantee a race shirt. Following the race, a festival features food trucks, vendors, and entertainment. Well-behaved, vaccinated dogs are welcome (maximum two per person), with water and waste bags provided.
