First Strides Allentown Summer/Fall 2026

First Strides Allentown Summer/Fall 2026 is a 10-week walking, jogging, and running program meeting evenings at Lehigh Parkway in Allentown, PA. Participants choose either Tuesday evenings (July 28 – September 29) or Thursday evenings (July 30 – October 1), or both, with sessions starting at 6:15 p.m. The 3.1-mile program includes warm-up exercises, group walk/run activities at individual paces, post-workout stretches, fitness and wellness presentations, and guidance from mentors who are First Strides graduates and Lehigh Valley Road Runners members. Registration costs $50 for a single night or $90 for both nights (early-bird rates of $45 and $85 available until July 21). Participants who attend at least 7 of 10 sessions receive a graduation shirt. Women ages 12 and older are welcome; physician approval is required to participate.
